BioBAT is situated in a place where Brooklyn’s history meets the future of innovation. From a military supply depot and embarkation point to a center of scientific research and commercialization, the Brooklyn Army Terminal has been a point of connection between Brooklyn and the rest of the globe.

BioBAT has been a part of this revitalization effort since 2006. Starting with its anchor tenant, the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, the organization has been a magnet for science and technology firms from the New York region and beyond.
